It's that time of year again - time for the Ashtabula Arts Center to kick-off our Annual Membership Fund Drive Campaign. We will be beginning this intensive and crucial effort early in March. Funds raised through this annual drive will be for our upcoming fiscal year that begins July 1st. This past fund drive, our diligent and dedicated volunteers led by Scot Sinkler and Mike Fedler successfully achieved our goal. Fortunately both Scot and Mike are willing, able and anxious to assist us again this year. You will each be receiving a letter and pledge envelope in the mail in the very near future. We ask that you please consider giving if you have never joined before. If you are already a member of the Arts Center, we thank you very much, and ask that you please re-up your membership at this time. We understand some of you may have contributed as recently as December and may wonder why you're being approached again so soon. We ask you to consider making a pledge at this time - you can pay later in the year, if you wish. Just mark your preferences on your pledge envelope. Monies donated through our annual membership fund drive account for 20% of the Arts Center's annual budget. The balance of our budget (80%) is secured through earned income (tuitions, admissions, concession sales, etc.), grants and gifts. Needless to say it is critical that we achieve our mark.
