AAC Welcomes New Violin Teacher:

The Ashtabula Arts Center is pleased to have Margaret Lawless as our newest music instructor. Lawless began teaching violin at the Arts Center in early December.

Since 1979, Lawless has played viola in symphony orchestras in Kentucky, Tennessee and Utah. Presently, she is a member of the Suburban Symphony Orchestra in Cleveland.

She has taught violin and viola, as well as other music courses in both private and class room settings and has directed a number of youth symphony orchestras. Lawless earned her Master of Music Education from Southeast Missouri State University in 1984.

She is available for individual instruction by appointment. Call the Arts Center at 964-3396 for more information.
